Join us for our last on-farm workshop of the year on December 18th, offering a unique opportunity to learn about the RI Farm Incubator’s latest community-driven project. This project is at the forefront of disseminating and sharing new and cutting-edge integrated cropping techniques specifically tailored to the region’s small-scale, organic, and beginning growers.
This conversational workshop is ideal for beginning and seasoned farmers eager to enhance their organic farming ventures with market-centric and sustainable strategies. It is also a chance for attendees to learn how to actively participate in this new collaborative regional network of organic growers led by the RI Farm Incubator.
Conversation topics include:
- Examples of growing techniques used at Shewatuck, Little River, Little Bit, and other farms
- Goal Setting and Market Entry Strategy
- Regulatory Alignment and Value-Added Products
- Purposeful Farm Planning
These discussions will equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary for successful and impactful farming.
